These terms govern use of the TalentFlow hiring platform and public careers board when you browse roles, apply, or manage your candidate account.
Accounts
You must keep login credentials private and use the product only for legitimate hiring or job applications. We may suspend access for abuse, scraping, spam, or unlawful use.
Job postings and applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of roles they publish. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of applications they submit. TalentFlow does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hires.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace, harvest candidate or employer data, or interfere with the service. Automated access requires our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as a hiring workflow tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TalentFlow is not liable for hiring decisions made by employers or for candidate outcomes.
