About the role
A paid six-month internship on the product engineering team. This isn't a shadowing programme — you'll be assigned real tickets, your work will go to production, and your name will be on the pull requests.
We take interns when we have the capacity to teach properly. You'll have a named mentor, regular reviews of your code, and a clear picture of what you're expected to learn by the end.
What you'll do
- Ship real UI features to the ATS and careers portal, starting small and scaling up as you settle in
- Learn the codebase through review — expect thorough feedback, and expect to give some back
- Sit in design and planning sessions, and be asked what you think
- Take one small feature end to end before the internship ends
What you'll leave with
A portfolio of production work you can point to, practical React and TypeScript experience in a real codebase, and a reference from the team. Strong interns are considered first for full-time roles when they open.
