About the role
You'll own production UI for the recruiter ATS and the white-labelled careers portal — the screens hiring teams live in all day, and the ones candidates judge an employer by in thirty seconds.
This is a product-minded frontend role. The interesting problems here aren't framework choices; they're making a pipeline board with hundreds of candidates stay fast, making a multi-step apply form forgiving on a patchy mobile connection, and making one component set look right under every tenant's brand.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across the ATS and careers site in React and TypeScript
- Keep the shared component library coherent as more surfaces are added to it
- Hold a real accessibility bar — keyboard paths, focus states, sensible semantics — not a checklist at the end
- Work against a documented API contract and push back when the shape doesn't fit the screen
- Review other people's frontend work, and have yours reviewed
Who you'll work with
You'll report to the Engineering Manager and pair closely with a Senior Product Designer and the backend team. You'll have real say in how the frontend is structured.
